DPS Officer Bitner pulled me over on I-45 southbound for my failure to slow or move over for certain stationary vehicles. I want to commend Officer Bitner Jr. for his professionalism and manner during this encounter. Officer Bitner explained the law to me and I will make every effort to be more aware in the future. Many thanks to the Texas DPS and particularly Officer Bitner for all they do in protecting the citizens and safeguarding our highway system. May God protect all our first responders and keep them out of harm’s way.
