A customer was transferred to me and stated that he received first class customer service from Ashley. She was informative, courteous, efficient, and confident with the info she provided him. He spoke highly of their interaction and wanted to make sure her supervisor and her chain of command is aware of the great job she is doing. WAY TO GO ASHLEY!!!
