I would like to give Kudos to Robert at the Denton DPS office. My wife and I recently moved to Texas and had been waiting for almost four months to get an appointment. When we arrived at the office, we were told that we were six minutes early and would need to wait outside (the wind was blowing about 25-30 mph). I am disabled and cannot stand very long. Robert was in the lobby and offered to come to my car when it was time for me to sign in. He got busy, but he did send someone out to get me when it was time for my appointment. It ended up that Robert was the person who took all my information to obtain my Texas licenses. He was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He had me in and out in about 15 minutes. It’s staff like Robert that makes a positive image of the DPS office. I would like to think him for all his help.
