The Plano office at 2109 W. Parker Rd is run like a tight ship, very organized, extremely professional and courteous employees. The lady running the door was super-efficient with those of us in line. My appt was for 3:30, I was let in to start the process at precisely 3:00 pm and I was done by 3:15. Each person along the way was very efficient and courteous. Good for all of them as that is not an easy job!
