On March 14, 2021 I was stopped by Officer E. Castillo for being over the speed limit. I was just returning home late in the evening, and wasn't paying attention to the speed limit as I was looking for my turn. Officer Castillo was very nice, respectful, courteous and kind. He took time to give me some pointers of how to take off my front license plate, and straighten it out where the car wash had bent it on both sides. I just wanted Officer Castillo and his superior officer to know he handles himself in a professional manner and is very kind and courteous. It is nice to know we have such wonderful officers in our DPS.
