I wanted to take a moment and let you know of the wonderful experience we had at the New Braunfels DL location. It started with the warm greeting at the front door and ended with one of the best driver license acquisition experiences we've had. In short, I didn't see on the website that I would need to document my name change, I don't recall ever needing to bring my marriage certificate with me to get a driver license so when we came in with everything but that. May Bieter made what could have been a really frustrating experience into one that was fast, efficient, and smooth. Yes, I did have to go back home (and with the freeway construction was about an hour each way). May rescheduled me to later in the afternoon and I was able to get through the entire process quickly, which took the sting out of needing to go to the DL office twice. May is a top notch gal and one that I'm happy we were able to have taken us through getting our new licenses. We certainly appreciate May's humor and professionalism and look forward to others enjoying the same experience we did. Thank you for letting me tell you about her!
