Just wanted to send a quick message to say Rebecca Trigo at your Alice office is doing an amazing job. She is knowledgeable, kind to everyone in line, managed expectations beautifully and kept a wonderful attitude despite a packed waiting room. While waiting in line, she served an older couple that did not have internet access to make an appointment online. She assured them of being able to help them early tomorrow when the office opens. I would love if everyone who helped out my parents was as kind as Ms. Trigo. This was my first visit here. If she is a reflection of the entire office, Alice is the superior DPS for South Texas. They are lucky to have her working on their behalf and I feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience because of her.
