I went to the Waco DPS recently for my son to get his driver license. When we walked through the door we were greeted enthusiastically by Stephanie Rodriguez. She helped us with our paperwork and cheerfully completed a Covid screening. When we entered, the space was orderly, clean, and another representative was there to assist us with any documentation questions. Our appointment remained on time, and Janet Winkelman was at the window assisting us, with a helpful, efficient attitude. All in all, we had such an amazing DPS experience. The Waco office is knocking it out of the park and defying any DPS customer service stereotypes with their enthusiasm and helpfulness.
