When we have to go to the DPS, we dread it. My experience was awesome. The lady at the front door checking people in was friendly and helpful and she said she was new at the Rockwall location. Tiffany processed my driver license renewal. She was very friendly, courteous, quick, and carried on good conversation. Thanks to the Rockwall DL Office for making my renewal go so well!
