Roxie Rodriguez of the Brownsville office behaved in a considerate, respectful and amicable manner and show a pleasant demeanor. She went above and beyond what’s expected of her, she was understanding, supportive, patient and attentive. She made a situation that sometimes can be very stressful for some of us, smooth and comfortable. She was detail oriented and thanked me for my military service, not that she needed to do so, but an appreciated recognition none the less. As an ex Sergeant of the U.S. Army, I would like to congratulate Roxie Rodriguez for her outstanding service to me, and I’m sure, to our community. Finding myself in a very complicated personal situation, it is people like her that helps us to maintain a positive attitude and carry on with hope in these extremely difficult days we are living in.
