I was stopped by Officer Reynolds in Caldwell, TX. I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with his professionalism and attitude. I was on my way to see my grandchildren in Iola, TX, and was using my navigator for directions. It was dark and I did not see the speed limit sign as I was checking my navigation. Officer Reynolds checked my license, my insurance, listened to what I had to say, and understood what had happened. He did a fantastic job and I appreciate him. He is an exemplary employee and we need more like him.
