I came to the office at approximately 10:30 am without an appointment. Everyone there was very helpful. The woman at the front desk understood my need to get my license renewed quickly and was able to find an appointment for me. The person who processed my renewal, Yolanda Ortiz-Garcia was friendly, efficient, and offered advice to make sure things go smoothly with future renewals. Overall a very pleasant experience. Your employees should be commended for remaining friendly and efficient in what I know are trying times.
