I was dreading my appointment, partially due to bad experiences many, many years ago. I was met at the door by a bubbly woman, sent over to another very courteous woman, had a short wait and then was called over to Robert Judd. He was courteous, efficient, had a sense of humor and a delight to work with. The Amarillo facility is well run with great staff!
