As we all know that going to DPS is not fun, but it is something that must be done. We took our son in to get his permit and the driver school had checked the incorrect box on form. Rodona went above and beyond and helped us with patience and kindness. She was informative and extremely friendly. If she didn’t know the answer she found her supervisor that did. She’s amazing. Thank you Rodona! It took almost all day, but the school corrected the form and my son got his driver permit. I had scheduled this appointment last year when the pandemic was new to us all so not having to go through it all over again was a blessing!
