Greetings DPS, I had an appointment to renew my driver license at the north Edinburg office. My appointment time was late in the day at 6:20 p.m. Upon my number being called, I prayed to get a nice person to help me. Ms. Adrianna was extremely professional and articulate. I was nervous walking to her desk area and she was so polite and I was immediately at ease. I was blessed to have been assisted by Ms. Adrianna. When leaving the building and walking around the north wall, my faith and my steps were upbeat. I was happy after a long day and the stress of the pandemic because her demeanor was calming. I had a few questions and she answered everything exceptionally well. I called my family and shared the positive encounter I had just experienced renewing my license with such an awesome lady, Ms. Adrianna. Thank you to the Dept. of Public Safety for your hiring practices of recruiting the cream of the crop. I left a much better person than when I walked in. Thank you for the awesome public service.
