I have no words to express my gratitude to these two ladies who are the epitome of customer service. These two fine ladies assisted me more than you can ever imagine with an issue my son and I have been having for the past two months with solving a problem my son and I have both traveled from NM and Dell City to El Paso, and most recently Van Horn in order to handle some outstanding issues to no avail. We have been directed online, with no success, and have been struggling to find a kind soul to guide and support us. I found just the two individuals, Barbara and Desiree. You cannot imagine how grateful I am. I know that during this pandemic we are all stressed, but it does not take much to treat someone with dignity and respect and to guide your customer.
