I know that typically there are a lot more complaints than complements. I am pleased to report that even in the midst of the frustrating experience of procuring all of the necessary items to re-establish my Texas residency that two individuals went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Ken and Christina were professional, courteous, competent, and most importantly demonstrated the heartfelt willingness to serve. This is a very rare occurrence and I can only hope that my comment and appreciation can go a long ways to thanking these individuals. Glad to be back Home. God Bless Texas!
