I hope this email find you well. I am writing because we just recently had an appointment at the Killeen location, we were assisted by Oscar Rodriguez, and he truly made our visit a great one. Mr. Rodriguez clearly knows his job and answered all our questions to the things we didn’t know. He didn’t just answer our questions, but also provided us with references so we could easily find the driver handbook, the IMPACT class, and instructions on how to proceed through the process. He was very kind and professional. It’s my opinion that people like Mr. Rodriguez are rare to find and valuable. We truly say a huge thank you to him.
