I went to the Northwest Austin driver license office to get a Texas driver license as I had just moved here from Arizona because my family lives here and we were relocating to Austin. I was so impressed with the efficiency and safety protocols of the northwest office! My husband and I went in to make an appointment and we were told to come in the next morning as early as possible to get a canceled appointment. We showed up at 7:45am - before the office was officially open and a woman was helping organize people outside. People were not allowed to enter without Covid screening and only a small number of people were allowed in at a time. Then when it was time for my appointment, a woman came by and cleaned the counter and pens ensuring I had a clean area before my appointment! Thank you! Thank you for protecting us and thank you for making this process so easy and seamless! I truly appreciate how clean the driver license office was, how friendly and professional the staff was, and how efficient the process was! You all are amazing for what you do and for keeping us all safe!!!
