I want to let you know how impressed I was with Sunil at my recent visit to the Houston North Mega Center Driver License office. The whole process was very quick and efficient. Getting an appointment online was easy, as was check-in. I had no waiting and immediately proceeded to Sunil, who was very patient with me. I didn't have a paper application already completed, so he handed me one and helped me complete it while entering my information into the system at the same time to speed up the process. Sunil answered my questions clearly and patiently. He is a model employee and is deserving of praise.
