Ms. Hausler was very nice to me. She helped answer all my questions and had a great deal of knowledge about getting a Texas license. She seemed to give great attention to the safety of preventing covid 19 spread by using great measures of health and safety like social distancing, hand sanitizer and masks she even checked my temperature. She made me feel calm and safe. I really was very pleased with her customer service and her sweet personality. It is always scary going into offices having no understanding of what to do and to have someone like her to really ease my mind and explain everything was so nice. She deserves to be acknowledged in the best of ways.
