I have been to numerous DPS locations in a variety of states. This visit was by far my best experience I have ever had. I had an appointment and waited about two minutes before I was called to Cathryn’s desk. She was helpful in answering my questions and processed my license quickly, but most of all she was friendly and personable which are qualities I rarely find at any DPS across the country. I actually asked Cathryn if there was a site for me to leave feedback because I thought it was so important to do so as this honestly was such a good experience. I will add that everyone at the New Braunfels location that I came in contact with were also friendly and helpful, so clearly management is doing an amazing job!
