I just wanted to again thank Mr. Brian for his professionalism and genuine kindness in helping me to renew my driver license. While I did my very best after scheduling my appointment to be thoroughly prepared, and was told by staff that I was, I still didn't know what to expect. He made all the difference. From allowing me to retake my picture and re-sign my name on the stylus (I'm left-handed), we shared some laughter as well. In addition, since my hard copy of my renewed license couldn't be mailed to my P.O. Box, he even suggested I put my name on a piece of masking tape and affix it to the inside of my resident mailbox for the carrier, to help avoid a misdelivery. What a thoughtful idea to share! I look forward to receiving my renewed license soon. Please do commend Mr. Brian for me. In these unprecedented times, we need to now more than ever appreciate those whose efforts result in positive customer experiences. Consider yourselves blessed to have him on your team.
