I wanted to commend Officer Ramirez on his professionalism and understanding during a recent moving violation stop just outside of Laredo. As a female traveling alone in an area that is unfamiliar to me and so close to the border, it is always a stressful time for me. Being pulled over only heightens that anxiety. Officer Ramirez took the time to educate me on the violation when he could just as easily issued me a citation. I wanted to take the time to recognize and thank him.
