I was just stopped by Trooper Phipps. I just wanted someone to know that he was beyond courteous. I gave him a verbal compliment saying that I appreciated his attitude to which he responded, "We're all human." 10/10 would get stopped by him again. You've got a decent Trooper on your hands, treat him well.
