I would like to take this time to commend Officer A. Mitchell from Region 3. Officer Mitchell pulled me over for a traffic violation. I would just like to say that Officer Mitchell was a very professional, understanding and courteous. His demeanor when approaching my vehicle was very calm. I would also like to take this time to thank Officer Mitchell for reminding me that I am a good citizen and at that time and moment I just needed a reminder to slow things down for the safety of myself and others thank you.
