I would like to thank you for Kristal Kennedy and, actually, everyone at the Texarkana DPS Office. We just moved from CA to TX and I needed help transferring my driver license. My experience here was so much different than ever before. The service in CA seems more like a jail. Everybody there hates their job and they make sure the customers know and feel their pain. Going to Kristal was an amazing experience and I just can’t put into words how much I appreciate her and the others that made my visit amazing. Linden is closer to where I live, but I will be going to Texarkana whenever I need DPS service because once you have tasted the good life there and the amazing customer service it’s not worth the gamble to go anywhere else. Please tell her she is appreciated!!!!
