My daughter and I recently visited the Lampasas Driver License Office to obtain her learners permit. Jennifer H. was the lady who helped us and I wanted to take a minute and give her the recognition she so deserves. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. She was very helpful and made the process very smooth. As we waited our turn, I observed her with other customers, and she treated everyone with a smile and helped them with whatever was needed. I listened to her explain to an elderly man what type of documentation was needed so that he could renew his license. She never became upset or annoyed that he didn’t quite understand what she was explaining. She was very kind and patient with the man and ensured he knew what he needed for the next appointment. This kind of customer service is rare now days, and I want to express my gratitude to her for being such a great example of a kind human being. We will definitely be back to conduct future appointments.
