I was just in at the DPS office at the Garland Mega Center, in Garland Texas 75041. Just wanted to say I received the best service from Alex. He was extremely professional, polite, and kind. It was the smoothest DPS experience I’ve had thus far. All the employees were super welcoming, Alex especially. Please give him a huge Kudos. He truly deserves it!! I’m still in shock!
