This happened last year and I've wanted to send a note regarding the traffic stop. I was traveling from Austin to Dallas with my 10 year old son and I was stopped by Officer Kinslow. Officer Kinslow was very courteous and professional throughout the stop. He explained why I was stopped and even offered solutions for me to be able to display my front plate in the future. When the stop was completed, he even moved some debris that was in front of my car so that I could pull away safely. As we pulled away, I explained to my son that if he's ever pulled over when he starts driving someday, he should be respectful of authority and he'll always have a similar experience during a traffic stop. It was a valuable lesson for him as well and I want to thank Officer Kinslow for his professionalism.
