I went to the Killeen DLO stressed about my license and waited three months for this appointment. It started out slightly rough for me because I was unsure if I would be able to receive it. I sounded agitated (I know I did) not directed at the employee but at the Covid situation along with the wait for my license. An employee Miguel Graciani gracefully and patiently took care of my needs. He took time to read the paperwork, assist me with questions, went above and beyond to ensure I would receive my license. He was very kind and understanding of the situation. Also, while waiting for the computer etc, he gave me some advice since he’s a veteran and I’m about to leave the military as well in regards to the VA etc. I can honestly say, I have never met anyone with the love of the job, compassion, and passionate customer service that I received from Miguel.
