I would like to commend the Plano Driver License Office on the orderly way they conduct business with COVID protocols. Although I had to wait several months for an appointment to renew my license, once I got there it was quick and easy. It may have taken me 15 minutes to conduct my business (including photo) and I did not have to wait. The clerk, Kathy was very knowledgeable, courteous and detail oriented.
