I wanted to express how absolutely wonderful the staff, and my experience was at your Denton office! I wish I could share this on a public forum to let others know to visit this location. In particular, Cecilia, Meka, and Kristal were exceptional at the customer service they provided me with! They all exuded qualities that I have never witnessed in 25 years of visiting a Secretary of State in Michigan or of a DPS here in Texas. All three associates, were friendly, smiled, were patient, talked to each other and genuinely enjoy working there. They enjoyed helping me. Cecilia and Meka went out of their way to help me. They went above and beyond. The kindness and service was actually present from the person who greeted me at the door with Covid questions, to the gentleman who assisted me with my eye exam. I even asked questions to another woman who was so kind. The manager assisted with quickly resolving an issue/question as well! I will continue to drive out of my way, wait for an appointment at this location and tell others about it. Team Denton is AMAZING! I am so grateful for my experience with them. I hope this email makes it back to them and that they are further recognized.
