I had the distinct pleasure of renewing my driver license in the McKinney, Texas DPS office. Most of us do not look forward to spending time at the DPS, but this time was different. The moment I walked up to the entrance it was a positive experience, an employee immediately greeted me, efficiently gave directions, and answered my questions. The next employee asked if I had been helped, then the first person directed me into the building, administered the eye exam, and gave me an application. Just as I was finishing the application, I was called to the appropriate station to complete the process and take a photo. Harlon B. greeted me professionally and with positive energy completed the rest of the steps necessary. Harlon was quite pleasant, efficient, and answered my questions in a way that made me glad to be there. Thank you for making driver license renewal such a pleasant experience.
