I was having a terrible day. My documents were not in order I discovered after waiting for my number to be called. I left and got them and then waited again and then came Keith. He was happy and cheerful as well as efficient. He managed to make me laugh and was like a ray of sunshine. I left in a good mood feeling like it was all worth it.
