I had an appointment at the Plano office to renew my Texas driver license. I was pleasantly surprised at the organization and relative efficiency of the office in our Covid environment. The DPS officer at the entry point was very kind and considerate, especially considering that I had to return home to get my passport to complete the process. The employee who processed the paperwork, Brian Rodgers, did so professionally, and completed all of the required tasks to update my license in good time. Even so, he was always polite and was conversational. Probably my best experience ever with the DPS.
