I just wanted to send a comment for the Plano Driver License Office on Parker Rd. This was the first time in 12 years that I had to go to the DPS office to renew my DL. It the past, it was something I always dreaded because it took forever since they were always super swamped. This time with the scheduling system it was really nice. I waited about 30 seconds to see the first person. Then I was sent to the second person without a wait. After that was the eye exam with no wait. Finally off to the DL renew person. We went over all my information and he was super nice when I had multiple mistakes on my application I filled out. We got them corrected and took my pic and gave me all the information I needed. I usually have questions, but he was thorough and I had no questions. I was a snap. With the new scheduling system there was no long line or stress. Just in and out. Thanks for making my DL renewal quick and easy.
