Everyone I encountered was friendly, hospitable, and attentive. Alex helped process my paperwork, he was friendly and thorough and answered all my questions very professionally. I commend whomever is in charge of the customer training program and what a difference it has made. This is not the DPS from 20 years ago. Thank you for such a welcoming experience.
