I would like to thank Kathy for being so helpful during our appointment. We drove over an hour to get to this appointment, made months ago, for my daughter’s permit. She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, even though I didn’t have the correct documents with me and it was late on a Friday night. The screener at the door also had a positive attitude that was contagious.
