I am writing to commend the Columbus Driver License Office and Stacy. I drove to Columbus from Houston this to get my twin daughters driving permits. I was nervous and had anxiety. To my surprise, our experience was amazing. The facility was so clean. We were greeted at the door by a wonderful employee that immediately put us at ease. I am so sorry I did not get her name. She then took us to Stacy who was absolutely charming. She was so helpful and kind to my girls, and I so appreciate her. Thank you Columbus office for making a much dreaded experience delightful! We will be back in six months to get their licenses!
