I would like to recognize the Sinton office for their exceptional service, kindness and willingness to help. I went in to transfer my out of state DL, and was promptly helped, even without an appointment. I didn't get the ladies name who was sitting in the entrance, but she helped me with no hesitation, looked over my documentation and immediately inputted my name into the system to wait for my turn. She was extremely kind and helpful, and continued to help other customers who walked in with the same helpful attitude. I only had to wait for about 10 minutes until my number was called and I was then assisted by Brandi Trujillo. Brandi was extremely patient, kind and helpful. Even during these trying times of COVID, I felt like she was extremely professional, thorough and willing to help. I am very impressed with the level of service I was met with at the Sinton location. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in these conditions. Big thanks to the Sinton employees!
