I just completed the process of getting a TX driver license, and in spite of the COVID changes, the experience was the best I’ve had getting a DL. From the time I arrived, the person who greeted me at the door walked me through getting an appointment, which was only 30-mins after my arrival. She walked me through the process of ensuring I had all the right documentation to successfully complete the process. My wait wasn’t long at all, and then Mandey Crooks made it all happen. She was pleasurable, funny, and engaging throughout the process of collecting and entering my information into the system. I wish every state DL process was as pleasurable as this.
