Officer Kelley stopped me because I wasn't paying attention to my speed and was slightly over the limit. He was very understanding. During the entire conversation he was always polite and respectful. It makes me want to never again break the speed limit, so his job would be easier. I am a firm believer that law enforcement personnel have an extremely dangerous job. With all the bad publicity that law enforcement receives these days, it is refreshing to meet someone like Officer Kelley.
