I would like to commend D. Cooper. I was the passenger when we were pulled over by Trooper Cooper. He introduced himself and explained why we were stopped. With everything going on with Law Enforcement today I have to tell you, Cooper was very professional, polite, courteous and just interacted with us. I believe this young man should be awarded and recognized as this is a very trying time for police officers. Please recognize this young man for his professionalism.
