I have never had such a friendly encounter with the Texas Dept. of Public Safety as I did with your facility with the assistance of Diana Rodrigues. She was so friendly and nice and when I had to even go back home for a needed document she made this experience enjoyable. I had to share with my friends and family because this entire experience was so positive. The nice gentleman at counter 3 was also extremely kind and very personable. Thank you so much.
