I had an appointment at the South Austin Driver License Office. The check in process was quick and easy. I was seen by Jill who helped me get my name changed in the system. Unfortunately she had computer trouble with my signature and scanning documents, but Jill was extremely professional and was able to pass me over to Mary Molloy who wrapped up my request. I was in and out of the building in 30 minutes. I also greatly appreciated the extra staff who were there to help answer questions throughout the initial check in process and guided you to the correct lines to wait. The staff at this location went above and beyond.
