I had an 8:00 am appointment to renew my driver license and was greeted promptly at 8:00 am by a joyful group of individuals. They were polite, knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant to not only me, but the other people who had appointments. In addition, all COVID 19 safeguards were in place - masks, social distancing, and temperature checks.
