Getting my license renewed at the Plano DPS office was such a great experience. I was seen on time and was lucky to have been assigned to Tya’s station. She was such a delight and friendly and even taking my picture she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Bravo to the members of the Plano Driver License and especially Tya for making this an easy and fun time.
