I got my first Texas Driver License. Transferring from OK, I needed all the correct paperwork and thought I had it. During Covid I had waited 3 months for this appointment and when I arrived I did NOT have all my correct paperwork. Sandra was kind as she went through what I did have, noting all the uniqueness of my situation, and told me what I still needed. We made an appointment for later in the day. She was such a blessing for me and was so kind, clearly knew exactly what to do through the whole situation. Thank you, and thank her for doing a GREAT job!!!
