It was wonderful being able to make appointment in advance and not have to wait for hours (standing outside in heat or cold). Rebecca was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The whole process took less than 20 min which was incredible! I felt safe throughout the whole process. Kudos to everyone works in this office! Hope this will be the way to do business here after the pandemic.
